Effective Student-Led Conferences
The most effective classrooms are those in which students take responsibility for their own learning. One of the ways to promote that responsibility is through student-led conferences. Instead of teachers and parents meeting behind closed doors to discuss the performance of a student who is not there, student-led conferences are opportunities for students to assess their own progress and report to their parents.
